Terminal loss on form T777

DT Max does not report any terminal losses on employment expenses form T777.

In the case of employment expenses, a terminal loss is not allowed. However, the recovery of depreciation must be reported. DT Max will indicate the amount of recovery on line 104 of the tax return.

As regards class 10.1, no recovery or terminal loss may be claimed. The depreciation, however, may be claimed in the year according to the half-year rule respecting sales.
